Terms and Condition / أحكام وشروط All Pool Car request should reach the Transport Department at least 24 hours in advance. Transport Department cannot guaranty any service request received in short notice (i.e. less than 24 hours) Any Vehicle Request without approval from the approving authority will not be entertained. Transport Department has the right to combine pool car requirements as per the destination of travel. Cancellation of Pool Car requests should be intimated at least 4 hours in advance. All Pool Car requests should be a part of business activity. The Driver/Passenger shall report any incident/accidents occurring in the course of journey to the Transport Department immediately.
